Welcome to the local Wylie area page!  Local orders are roasted early on Wednesday, then packaged and delivered to your door the same day (Amazon style)!  

A little about our coffee:  We purchase our beans from farmers who we personally know and trust. They are organic, single varietal (like a wine varietal, our beans are not a blend, they are separated by individual coffee plant species), single estate (from the same farm), and SHG (strictly high grown). Beans of this quality can easily be sold for twice what we charge but we believe that making our coffee affordable for our customers is the best way to create a sustainable system for supporting our Honduran farmers and communities.
